Why does production take several weeks?
Vara Brishè operates on a limited-production model. Many designs are handcrafted, made-to-order, or offered through exclusive pre-order release windows. Production timelines allow us to maintain exceptional craftsmanship, material quality, and attention to detail.
Are your products made-to-order?
Many Vara Brishè styles are produced on a made-to-order basis. Product pages will indicate whether a design is in stock, made-to-order, or available for pre-order.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Ready-to-ship items generally ship within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order and pre-order styles typically require 8–16 weeks for production prior to shipment. Estimated timelines are displayed on individual product pages.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
After this period, production planning, material allocation, or manufacturing may have begun and cancellations may no longer be possible.

What materials are used in Vara Brishè footwear?
Vara Brishè utilizes premium materials sourced from specialized suppliers around the world, including luxury leathers, exotic skins, fine textiles, custom hardware, and artisan finishes.
Material availability may vary by collection.
Why may my pair look slightly different from product images?
Natural materials possess unique characteristics. Variations in grain, texture, color, scale patterns, and finishing are expected and contribute to the individuality of each pair.

Is a signature required upon delivery?
For security purposes, signature confirmation may be required for certain shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Eligible ready-to-ship items may qualify for exchange or store credit in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Are made-to-order and pre-order items returnable?
No.
Made-to-order and pre-order purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact Vara Brishè Client Services within 72 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

How do I choose the correct size?

Can I exchange my footwear for a different size?
Size exchanges may be available for eligible ready-to-ship products. Made-to-order and pre-order styles may not qualify for size exchanges.
