Returns & Exchanges
At Vara Brishè, each design is produced in limited quantities and may be handcrafted, made-to-order, or produced through a pre-order reservation process.
Due to the exclusive nature of our footwear, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if:
- A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unworn and unused.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- All protective materials, tags, and accessories are included.
- The item shows no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases.
Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
All made-to-order and pre-order purchases are final sale.
Because production begins specifically for each client, these orders are not eligible for:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds
- Cancellations after the cancellation window has expired
Estimated production timelines are provided on each product page.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours, production planning, material allocation, and artisan scheduling may have begun, making cancellation unavailable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact Vara Brishè Client Services within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Approved claims may qualify for:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (at Vara Brishè's discretion)
Sizing
Clients are responsible for reviewing sizing information prior to purchase.
Because many Vara Brishè designs are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order, we strongly recommend confirming sizing before placing an order.
Sizing-related returns may not be accepted for made-to-order or pre-order items.
Exotic Materials
Natural variations in exotic skins, leather grain, texture, color, and pattern are inherent characteristics of luxury materials and are not considered defects.
Each Vara Brishè creation is unique.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused by the customer after shipment may be subject to:
- Return shipping costs
- Duties and taxes
- Restocking fees
- Administrative processing fees
These amounts may be deducted from any approved store credit.
